Our Restaurant
Valentino Ristorante Italiano aims to bring a new level of fine dining to Clearwater, Florida with authentic Southern Italian cuisine crafted by the esteemed Executive Chef Ciro Mancini. Our restaurant boasts seating for approximately 250 guests, including five exclusive private dining rooms and a picturesque outdoor terrace, ‘Il Giardino,’ for an enchanting al fresco dining experience.
Executive Chef
Chef Ciro Mancini was born and raised in Naples, Italy, where his culinary journey began under the guidance of his father, a distinguished pastry chef. He pursued his formal training at the esteemed Scuola Alberghiera Vico Equense Napoli, where he refined his expertise and developed his unique approach to cuisine.
Chef Ciro's distinguished career in the United States includes leading several prestigious restaurants, notably the former Villa Bellini, which previously occupied our current location. His culinary philosophy is rooted in the rich traditions and vibrant flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, which he incorporates into every dish.
