Meet the Chef
Born and raised in Naples, Italy…
He went on to study at Scuola Alberghiera Vico Equense Napoli, where he built the technical foundation that would shape his career.
After moving to the United States, he led several respected restaurants, including Villa Bellini—the former restaurant that once occupied Valentino’s current location. His approach to food stays true to Mediterranean tradition, built on simple, high-quality ingredients and bold, balanced flavors.
Valentino Ristorante is entirely his vision, realized from start to finish. Every detail—from the architectural moldings to the cocktail glasses—was personally chosen or designed by him, reflecting the same care and precision he brings to his kitchen.
